From Our Agent David Novack

Dear Brother Knights and Families

I hope this finds all of you well.

Question:  I'm retired and just found out that when I'm 70 ½ years old, the government will require me to start taking money from my IRA's and 401K.  This will put me into a higher tax bracket and I don't need the money!  I was hoping to save this money for my grandchildren.  What can I do about this?

Answer:   You discovered something that few people consider when they pour money into tax-deferred accounts (created by the federal government).  You MUST eventually pay the taxes!  Many people find themselves in a higher tax bracket in higher levels as they receive even modest increases in income.

You can take out the absolute minimum, but that may put you in the position of paying even higher taxes over the next several years.  If you want to make sure more of your money goes to your children, grandchildren or charity, and you are healthy, consider purchasing a PERMANENT LIFE INSURANCE POLICY.  There are several types for different situations.   Your money will be greatly leveraged (that is, you'll be giving them more), your heirs will receive the money TAX FREE, and there are significant GUARANTEES not available in other programs.  This is a favorite technique of wealthy people.   You can do it, too.  Contact me for more information on how to utilize this effective strategy.

Sincerely and Fraternally,

David Novack
